This project involved community members in the North Suburbs of Adelaide with key involvement from the local aboriginal community. Sonja MacLean DeSilva was the artist for this project and Laurel Walker was the Skill Share Co-ordinator. Sonja presented a 1 week intensive workshop on silk painting and design, with the participants creating through these workshops amazing hand painted large scale banners. The banners all reflect the participants ideas on Australian community life and its development.
