Last Tuesday the Australian Nurses Federation met with nurses to discuss there current Public sector enterprise agreement. Public sector nurses are asking the State government for :
Nurses were
anticipating voting for Industrial action due to the
government's apparent decline in negotiating with
the Australian Nurses Federation. During the Union
meeting Nurses were told that on Tuesday morning the
government made an offer to the ANF. The Nurses have
decided to postpone any Industrial Action at this stage
until they have discussed the offer with the ANF. Daryl Bullen caught up with some of the nurses leaving the union meeting.
